Growth Mindset

In life we are faced with many instances that will define who we are and how we tackle issues that may arise. Depending on mindset you have, the outcome can be favorable or unfavorable. A fixed mindset will hinder an individual from growing and learning from mistakes and triumphs. In order to grow in a positive manner, an individual must adopt a growth mindset. The following document is a detailed letter to stakeholders in my community at the School of Science and Technology.
